Ginger Snaps

MADE is one of my favorite blogs. Dana is super woman. I seriously have no idea how she does so many projects! Anyway, I saw she had a recipe for ginger snaps and have been craving them since.

One year my mom made these and dipped them half way in white chocolate. They were soooo yummy. Another trick my mom taught me is to put a piece of bread in with your tightly sealed cookies to make/keep them moist.
