I have been thinking about living room decor lately. I still love blues and greens like these rooms...light and calming. However, I am starting to wonder if I could add a splash of muted coral without it becoming too feminine. What do you think?

I love it! Not sure about Josh though. I saw a room in Family Circle magazine this month that you would love. I thought of you when I saw it. I think the light colors are really pretty, but do you ever worry about the kids ruining it?
ReplyDeleteWe always have to worry about those husbands, huh? That is why I hesitate with the coral. I want my home to feel like our home not just my home.
ReplyDeleteI keep going back to the light colors so I am probably going to have to figure out a way to make it work with kids. The plan is.. I am not going to let the kids have food in the living room, have another family room/playroom that they can spend more time in, and buy the Ikea couches with the washable slipcovers.
Hopefully that covers my bases pretty well. Something is bound to get ruined no matter how hard I try so that is one reason why I prefer to get things used over brand new.
